The Eastern Seaboard is now coping with how to get rid of more than 2 feet of snow from a blizzard that is blamed for at least 18 deaths and has left hundreds of thousands without power.

The blizzard has knocked out power to at least 215,000, grounded more than 8,800 flights, and has been blamed for 10 deaths.
