Aspen Insurance has promoted Chris Carlson to executive vice president, head of U.S. property. He joined Aspen Insurance in 2016 and was previously senior vice president, onshore energy & construction manager.

Bill Creedon has been appointed construction industry leader, North America, within Willis Towers Watson's Corporate Risk and Broking segment. He previously spent 20 years with Willis Towers Watson in a range of national and global leadership roles.
