Claims News Service, Apr. 2, 11:40 a.m. EDT — Crawford & Company, an independent provider of claim management services, and Trover Solutions, a claim recovery specialist, have entered into an agreement in which Trover will provide subrogation and recovery services for Crawford clients.
According to the companies, Trover will acquire the operating assets of Crawford's subrogation and recovery unit, which is based in Tulsa, Okla. The closing date was Mar. 30, 2007.
