The 12-story, 270,000-square-foot office property s part of a six-building complex that also includes co-op apartments and a hotel that has just been renovated.
Under the deal, the building would be renamed Salesforce Tower New York, and the companys logo would replace that of MetLife Inc. at the top of the property after the insurer leaves.
