Pilots at the control of TransAsias fatal Flight 222, which killed 48 people, repeatedly didnt comply with standard operating procedures on safety and were likely fatigued from overwork.
A test following last weeks deadly plane crash showed the pilots needed more training in emergency procedures. A further 19 pilots, who havent yet been tested, also wont be allowed to fly for now.
