Progressive Insurance has announced plans to hire more than 12,000 new employees in 2025. The company attributes this increase in its workforce to the company’s year-over-year growth.
In 2024, Progressive reportedly added more than 5 million policies and grew its net written premium by 21% to $74.4 billion. In the first quarter of this year, it has added another 1.3 million policies in force.
