The USAA Board of Directors has announced Juan C. Andrade will become the company’s next president and CEO, effective April 2.
Andrade has served on USAA's board for the last four years and was previously vice chairman of USAA’s Advisory Panel — a forum intended to allow board directors and teammates to interact with members to improve service.
