Rockford Mutual Insurance Company will expand into the state of Michigan for commercial lines products in 2025. This decision is part of the company's ongoing efforts to diversify its portfolio and spread risk across different markets in the Midwest.
Bishop Street Underwriters acquired Landmark Underwriting, a specialty focused managing general agent in the London insurance market. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is subject to the United Kingdom’s Financial Conduct Authority regulatory approval.
