Mr. Cunningham has over forty years experience as a senior practitioner with insurance industry focused consulting firms and as a principal with a privately owned insurance broker. Prior to founding OPTIS Partners, LLC in 2002, he was a principal with IMCG from 1996 to 2002 and a principal with Hales & Associates from 1987 through 1996. Throughout his consulting career, Mr. Cunningham has provided a broad range of professional services focusing on fair market valuations, mergers and acquisitions, strategic business planning, litigation support and expert witness testimony, ownership perpetuation planning and compensation related matters.
