BMS Group has appointed Ali Trauttmansdorff as group chief people officer. She served in chief human resources officer and senior and global HR positions at Goldman Sachs and Rothschild & Co.

NFP announced that Jim Merrill joined as senior vice president, surety. He held construction and infrastructure leadership positions with American Global, Star America Capital Advisors and General Electric.

MAPFRE USA has appointed Daniel Olohan as its new chief operating officer. He previously served as general counsel and secretary at MAPFRE.

XPT Group appointed Dana Bjornson as its new chief financial officer. He served as CFO at Mylo.

Brit Ltd appointed Jacques Bonneau as a non-executive director.  He held a number of senior executive roles at Chubb and senior advisor at Bermuda Monetary Authority.

IMA Financial Group announced that Jordyn Arons Rosen was promoted to Dallas Fort Worth market president. In her former role as IMA’s national practice director of private equity and M&A, Arons Rosen supported clients through complex M&A transactions and lender diligence.

SPB Group appointed Mathieu Sebastien as CEO. He brings with him 20 years of experience in strategy consulting in France and Europe to lead the firm.

CRC Group announced the following appointments:

Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters has appointed Sarah McAvoy-Edwards as membership & qualifications services manager. She served at Dulwich College as donor engagement manager.
