According to a Glassdoor report, Gen Z is likely to surpass baby boomers in the workforce in 2024. These younger workers are often pitted against their older colleagues, characterized alternatively as troublemakers or trailblazers, depending on how you view their willingness to challenge traditional workplace norms.
