Making a difference: June 21, 2024

Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions awarded sixteen $3,000 college scholarships: eight to the children and/or grandchildren of Intact employees, and eight to children and/or grandchildren of the company’s distribution partners. Recipients were selected based on criteria such as academic performance, leadership roles and participation in school and community activities.

Arbella Insurance Foundation donated $150,000 to the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center for the production and launch of their newest mobile health clinic. As the immigrant population grows in Lawrence, Massachusetts and surrounding communities, the demand for primary care services is also rising. This fully customized mobile health clinic includes the latest technology and equipment to treat unhoused and transient individuals and families, recently arrived immigrant families, and others who are prevented from going to a brick-and-mortar health center in Lawrence, Haverhill, Methuen, and Andover.
