She served as director of underwriting for specialty casualty, and joint active underwriter at W/R/B Underwriting. McGill and Partners promoted Samuel Harris as a partner in its Complex Property and Casualty team. He was a broker in the Mining and Metals wholesale placement team at insurance broker Marsh. MS Amlin appointed Catherine Healy as head of property & crisis management claims. She served at HDI Global Specialty as delegated authority claims manager.
