Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation, a unique nonprofit organization dedicated to helping communities and enriching lives, will honor Jodie Kaufman Davis, Executive Vice President of H.W. Kaufman Group, with its prestigious Trailblazer Award for philanthropic excellence and industry leadership at the 13th annual Blazing the Trail Benefit on May 2 at the Fairmont Hotel in Chicago.
IICF hosted its 9th annual IICF Western Division Horizon Award Gala on April 10 at the Skirball Center in Los Angeles. The Horizon Award Gala convenes insurance leaders from across the Western states and nonprofit representatives in celebration of the insurance industry’s legacy of giving by raising funds for our nonprofit partners. This year, IICF’s Western Division will celebrate more than $510,000 in IICF Community Grants awarded to 60 nonprofit partners.
Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation raised $1 million at its 12th annual IICF Southeast Gala at the Omni PGA Resort in Frisco, Texas last week. This is the third consecutive year the Southeast Division has raised over $1 million for charity at its annual gala. During the event, IICF honored Rusty Reid, Chairman, CEO and President at Higginbotham, with the 2024 IICF Southeast Philanthropic Leadership Award. Presented by Jeanette Ward, CEO of Texas Mutual Insurance and co-recipient of this prestigious award in 2023, the Southeast’s Philanthropic Leadership Award recognizes philanthropic excellence in the community and within the insurance industry.
