He has held leadership roles in most facets of insurance, including sales, product, customer service, process engineering, marketing, strategy, digital transformation, finance and investments, underwriting, M&A, and legal and compliance. Prior to joining Total Expert, Ilya spent time building the insurance strategy for Talkdesk.

Ashim Khurana is the Chief Operating Officer of Cogneesol. He is responsible for client delivery, business optimization, growth, and new capability development across our service portfolio. Ashim has 23+ years in the Business Process Management industry, managing various facets, including operations, project management, and business development. He has successfully led and managed multiple clients across different service lines, including contact center, technology, analytics, and insurance. As Cogneesol's COO, Ashim is focused on driving innovation, developing new capabilities, transforming clients' operating models, enhancing operational excellence and fostering growth.

Edward Forer, currently serving as the Chief Administrative & Information Officer, brings an extensive background in operations, expertly bridging the gap between clients, business strategies, and technology. In his current executive leadership role, he emphasizes the importance of business intelligence within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry, viewing it as crucial for overall success. Forer's career highlights include co-founding Advisen, a leading provider of data, media, and technology solutions for the commercial P&C insurance market, and serving as Vice President at Swett & Crawford, a renowned wholesale brokerage firm. He holds a bachelor's degree from the prestigious Rochester Institute of Technology.
