Seeking workers' comp risk management experts
The nomination deadline is looming for the 2024 Workers’ Comp Risk Management Award for Excellence.
In today’s workplaces, prioritizing a safe environment isn’t just about ethics — it’s a smart business decision, as fewer workplace injuries can result in significantly lower workers’ compensation costs, while also promoting employee well-being.
Recognizing the importance of these programs, and the people who make them run, PropertyCasualty360 along with the Workers’ Compensation Institute (WCI), Sedgwick and Safety National are proud to again host the Workers’ Comp Risk Management Award for Excellence.

Winners will be recognized at the 78th Annual Workers’ Compensation Institute Educational Conference and 35th Safety & Health Conference happening Aug. 18-21, 2024 at the Orlando World Center Marriott.
Winners will also receive:

Award requirements
An entrant must be a risk manager or someone who works in a risk management department of a U.S. company or organization and responsible at least in part for the firm’s workers’ comp program. Carriers and brokers, while not directly eligible for the award, should encourage clients/policyholders to apply. Applicants should have a great story to share about innovating workplace safety and managing costs.
Prior recipients of the Workers’ Comp Risk Management Award for Excellence are not eligible.
There is no entry fee for this award program and the nomination deadline is April 15, 2024.
