Family Guardian Insurance Company selected Equisoft to meet consumers’ evolving digital expectations. Family Guardian Insurance Company is a leading insurer in The Bahamas. Equisoft/manage solutions was successfully implemented and integrated with the Oracle Insurance Policy Administration system for their home services division and was again selected to replace Family Guardian’s illustrations system for its financial services division. The Equisoft/illustrate system was successfully integrated within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Carpe Data partnered with The Hanover Insurance Group. The renewal marks a five-year milestone for the firms in their joint effort to optimize claims processing and uncover novel fraud techniques. The centerpiece of this collaboration is ClaimsX, Carpe Data’s advanced fraud detection and claim monitoring technology that leverages publicly available web data for real-time assessment and decision making from first notice of loss to resolution.

Public Risk Underwriters selected Origami Risk’s multi-tenant SaaS P/C platform to streamline its policy administration and billing processes. In addition to gaining speed and efficiency in its underwriting and billing processes across its multiple lines of commercial insurance coverage, PRU will leverage the platform to provide a more robust interface to its agents and members.

ZestyAI partnered with South Carolina Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company. This agreement will leverage ZestyAI’s advanced property analytics solutions to optimize the inspection process for SCFBMIC and accurately assess property risk.

NFP partnered with Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. Through this relationship, NFP will connect Partner, a provider of engineering, environmental, construction, energy and valuation consulting services, with companies that need Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Upon completion of these assessments, which are required to place environmental insurance on at-risk properties, NFP can advance the insurance proposal and secure coverage for the insured.

Verisk partnered with Seek Now, a leading claims inspection service provider and business intelligence solution in the residential and commercial property insurance space. This integration expands Verisk’s open ecosystem, offering claims adjusters increased flexibility and streamlining the damage assessment process. Seek Now’s technology will be seamlessly integrated within Verisk’s suite of property estimating solutions, eliminating the need for manual information transfer.
