Natalie also provides informational bulletins to the Copart members regarding industry trends and engages in industry conferences nationally. Natalie retired from Farmers Insurance in 2020 as the VP of Claims and came to Copart with over 30 years of experience in the Property and Casualty claims space.

 

Jim Folkerts | Claims Director Recovery | Nationwide Insurance

Jim is a professional claims leader whose experience encompasses a twenty-eight-year comprehensive claims background that includes material damage, casualty, excess/surplus, agriculture, and litigation claims.

Jim began his claims career as a casualty field claims representative with Nationwide. He has served in various leadership positions with increasing responsibilities. Prior to exclusive focus on subrogation and recovery, the first twenty-one years of his career were dedicated to casualty & material damage; including field and direct repair, total loss, auto fire theft, CAT, salvage, field and in-office casualty claims for both personal and commercial lines . The last seven years has been dedicated to subrogation leadership.

Jim has a proven track record of creating policy, appropriate procedures and implementing the necessary controls to ensure compliance while maintaining a reputation of quality and service.

Timothy D. Christ, M.B.A. | Associate Director – Subrogation | CCC Intelligent Solutions

Mr. Christ has over 20 years’ executive leadership and operations experience that spans both the InsurTech and FinTech landscapes. He is the Associate Director of Subrogation with CCC, working with insurers to understand their current claims and subrogation processes, develop future strategies, leverage technology to enable faster claim adjudication, and enable better outcomes for both insureds and insurers.

His insurance claims background involves investigating small and large insurance claims all over the world. His extensive forensic engineering experience has included many fraud, subrogation, and other complex liability situations in over 20 countries.

Jordon Brill | Chief Operations Officer | Wilber

Jordon Brill is the Chief Operations Officer at Wilber. He plays a key role in driving Wilber’s mission of delivering top-tier subrogation services, partnering closely with carriers’ claim teams to ensure outstanding outcomes for their insureds. Jordon’s professional journey started in software engineering, where he distinguished himself by introducing innovative software solutions for the Wilber team. Prior to his current executive role, he made substantial contributions as Wilber’s Director of Technology. Over the last six years, amidst a landscape of intensifying regulatory demands, Jordon has skillfully steered the company’s technological advancements, ensuring that Wilber not only complies with these regulations but also continues to set new benchmarks in subrogation innovation.
