The digital contract-building platform is set to be initially rolled out to several business lines within BMS in February 2024, with additional lines onboarding the platform throughout the remainder of the year.

The partnership provides expanded regional carrier options and specialized advice for Floridians seeking personal insurance amidst increasing rates and diminished choice in one of the costliest markets in the country.
Crawford Technologies partnered with PossibleNOW, a leading provider of preference and content management software. The partnership opens new opportunities for companies to transform customer engagement with the ability to implement a robust preference management system that connects to Crawford Technologies’ enterprise communications processing (ECP) software. The partnership will assist organizations in making a swift transition toward customer-preferred and accessible delivery of customer communications.
