Root Platform announced that Alex Astengo has joined as U.K. country manager, based in London. He served as chief commercial officer at SchemeServe Insurance Software. Xceedance announced that Peter Flynn joined as senior vice president, personal lines, Americas. He served as senior vice president of broker development at PURE. Price Forbes announced the following appointments:
  • Mark Manwaring - managing director of real estate
  • Craig Taylor - executive director of real estate
  • Dave Woolley - executive director of legal indemnities
Carbon Underwriting Limited appointed Dale Willetts as head of specialty in addition to supporting the development of Carbon's technology capabilities. He served as executive vice president, head of specialty lines at Sompo International. XPT Specialty announced the following appointments:
  • Gregg Guerreiro - EVP & regional leader
  • Kayte Haney – AVP & underwriting manager
  • Michael Haney – underwriter
  • Amanda Wagner – underwriter
  • Alex Walbrandt - AVP/underwriter
