Goosehead Insurance, Inc. appointed David Lakamp as chief service officer. He served at USAA and helped accelerate business growth in a wide range of service functions.

Verisk announced the following appointments:

DUAL North America appointed Dwain Chamberlain as executive vice president and head of specialty healthcare. He served at Hallmark Financial Services, Inc. as senior vice president.

Wallace & Turner, Inc. announced that Mary Jo Leventhal joined as director of operations and business development.  She previously served as commercial lines placement manager with Kraft Lake Insurance Agency.

Everest Insurance appointed Bill Hazelton as head of U.S. retail casualty in North America. He served as head of North America Industry Practices at Chubb.

Valley Insurance Agency Alliance promoted Bill Kaatman to director of growth. He previously served as the director of enterprise development and digital agency coach at VIAA.

Munich Re Specialty Insurance appointed Jeff Marks as chief operating officer. He previously served as head of service delivery at Munich Re Specialty Insurance.

Atain Insurance Companies appointed Tom Dassow as vice president and head of primary liability. He previously led CM Vantage Specialty Insurance Company’s casualty division.

World Insurance Associates LLC announced that John Peterson joined as new chief growth officer. He served at Aon Risk Services, co-leading U.S. retail sales.
