Since attracting talent to the insurance industry continues to be a priority for many companies, the issue of student loan debt is one that both young workers and employers should be mindful of.

Recent findings from the ADP Research Institute suggest that much like fears of a recession, the "vibe" of student loan burdens might be driving employee discontent.

The perception of student loan debt, instead of causing employees to hang on to their current jobs, instead seems to be driving them to look for greener pastures, the ADP report found.
