Nearmap acquired Betterview, a leading property intelligence and risk management platform in the insurance industry. Betterview is an established and trusted source of property intelligence and risk management for the insurance industry, applying artificial intelligence and computer vision to help identify and mitigate property risk, improve and automate underwriting and inspection workflows, and provide a more productive, seamless customer experience.

Cytora and Vespia announced that Vespia’s AI powered risk analytics are now being used to enhance the underwriting process seamlessly within Cytora’s digital risk processing platform, providing commercial insurance underwriters with deeper insights into business risks associated with AML and sanctions. Cytora’s platform enables insurers to operationalize data more broadly across their lines of business, and more effectively through their multi-step workflows from submission to quote, enabling underwriters to make faster, more informed decisions.

Mylo partnered with Ivans to connect to the Distribution Platform. The partnership will enable Mylo to provide its clients with a comprehensive range of custom quotes via the carriers and MGAs in the Ivans network.

Synpulse selected ACORD Solutions Group’s ADEPT to facilitate the exchange of digital placement data within its Reinsurance Underwriting Workbench. Synpulse will also leverage ACORD Transcriber for submission and contract data extraction.
