For more than two decades, Claims magazine has tracked the evolution of the insurance claims industry. The annual Claims Salary Survey examines more than just what independent and company adjusters make in a given year. It looks at benefits, hours worked, how insurance companies manage their claims, how long adjusters have worked in the industry, their retirement plans, how many hours they work in a week, how they view the adjusting profession, pain points, prognostications, and much more.
