Megan Jones is the Actuarial and Rating Services Director at Arity. Her team is responsible for the actuarial support of Arity's telematics models, enabling insurance companies to execute on their goals around telematics. Leveraging over a decade of P&C insurance product and pricing experience, Megan ensures telematics risk models are actuarially sound, consumable by users, and supportable with regulators. Megan received her bachelor's degree in mathematics: statistics and actuarial science from the University of Northern Iowa. She is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.

Joel Pepera is responsible for shaping the data and ML strategy for insurance risk scoring and other analytics products.  Previously he led Personal Auto telematics product development and data science at GEICO, where he oversaw the launch of multiple telematics lead generation partnerships, launch and roll-out of a telematics-only continuous monitoring program, and development and roll-out of a proprietary driving score. Joel is an FCAS and CPCU.

Doug McElhaney, Partner at McKinsey & Company, serves the insurance industry broadly, working with carriers, brokers and insurtechs to develop leading edge technical capabilities and fully leverage AI and advanced data capabilities across their organizations.  He also has deep experience providing insights and guidance to PE firms as they navigate a variety of insurance focused transactions.  Doug has presented and participated in panels on the topic of AI in several forums including the Geneva Association, NAMIC and LIMRA.  Recent publications include, "Connected revolution: The future of US auto insurance" (Sept 2022) and "The post-COVID-19 pricing imperative for P&C insurers" (July 2020).  Prior to McKinsey, Doug spent 10 years at General Electric as both a Six Sigma Expert and in various Technology leadership roles.

Jeff Schlitt is the Solutions Engineering Director at Arity, a wholly owned subsidiary of Allstate. Jeff is responsible for driving awareness, adoption and value for Arity's products to prospective customers.  A recognized leader in the Big Data and Analytics industry, Jeff has been designing, selling and implementing analytic solutions for 25 years.  Jeff has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and has completed course work at DePaul University towards his master's degree in computer science.  Fun Fact:  Jeff has completed in over 20 triathlons and ran the Arizona Ironman in 2008.  He has four kids, a mini golden-doodle Leo, and lives in Libertyville, IL.
