Annex Risk selected Socotra Connected Core for streamlined policy administration, setting a new standard in high-risk homeowners insurance. Annex Risk has successfully implemented the true cloud-native insurance policy core platform, Socotra Connected Core, and is now live, offering a digitally-forward approach to close critical coverage gaps in coastal Texas, Florida, and the Eastern Seaboard. Annex Risk’s innovative platform combines algorithmic underwriting and capacity, empowering retail agents to quote and bind high-risk homeowners insurance in less than 2 minutes.

Planet Home selected Mylo to provide home insurance options to its borrowers. Planet Home Lending’s customers will be able to use Mylo’s award-winning Amplifi insurance intelligence platform to comparison shop and take advantage of better insurance options.

Cover Genius and Sendcloud partnered to offer merchants enhanced claims handling for global shipments with more than 100 logistics carriers. Sendcloud’s customers – online retailers who handle the shipping of products to online shoppers – will therefore benefit from up to a 20-day reduction in claims processing times and 20% drop in claim-related costs.

American Trucking and Transportation Insurance Company selected Gradient AI’s claims management solution to predict claim risk, triage claims and close commercial transportation claims more quickly and cost-effectively.

Amazon selected CLARA Analytics, the provider of artificial intelligence technology in the commercial insurance industry, as its technology partner for a new program aimed at improving health and claim outcomes for their corporate workers’ compensation claims.

Gryphon.ai partnered with NICE CXone. As strategic solution partners, NICE, an industry leader in customer experience and AI, has implemented Gryphon.ai’s best-in-class compliance tool, Gryph Compliance, as part of the NICE platform to assess every phone number in real-time against TCPA, state, federal and other Do-Not-Call telemarketing regulations so agents can deliver on customer success while shielding their brand reputation. Customers utilizing the CXone platform will also have access to Gryph for Collections, which allows enterprises to avoid costly mistakes related to debt collection and eliminate threats and risk factors from TCPA, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and state regulations.

Franklin Mutual Insurance Group selected Guidewire InsuranceSuite on Guidewire Cloud to power its core business, simplify its IT operations, adapt more quickly to changing market demands and deliver more value to its agents and policyholders. The company migrated InsuranceSuite from a self-managed environment to Guidewire Cloud simultaneously for all lines of business except business owner policy (BOP), which is currently in implementation. Guidewire PartnerConnect Consulting Global Premier member PwC led the implementation project.
