Big “I” consumer branding program for independent insurance agents and brokers released its Hard Market Toolkit. The toolkit assists Big “I” member agencies in navigating the current insurance market and helps them effectively communicate with their clients about its complexities.

Karen Clark & Company announced that the KCC U.S. Hurricane Reference Model Version 4.0 has been certified by the Florida Commission on Hurricane Loss Projection Methodology.

Ivans announced Ivans Bookroll for Commercial Lines, a data solution that enables carriers to securely transfer commercial lines policy data to quote and roll an agency’s book of business entirely online. Ivans Bookroll enables insurers to analyze and grow their book of business with agencies by expanding current relationships and entering new markets.

Ivans expanded commercial lines supported on Ivans Distribution Platform to rate, quote, and bind commercial policies. Along with business owner’s policy, general liability and workers’ compensation already live on the platform, Ivans Distribution Platform now also supports cyber, D&O, E&O, umbrella, inland marine, professional liability, commercial package, commercial property and commercial auto.

Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty together with the commercial insurance business of local Allianz Property & Casualty entities will begin to trade as “Allianz Commercial” as one go-to-market business offering insurance solutions for mid-sized businesses, large enterprises and specialist risks. AGCS, as a global carrier, and Allianz’s commercial businesses in markets such as Australia, France, Germany and the U.K. will officially adopt the new trading name of Allianz Commercial immediately, while other countries will be moving to the new integrated model and trading identity in the coming months.

EagleView‘s imagery integrated into Betterview‘s property intelligence platform, to help insurers better understand a customer’s total property risk by providing broader, data-driven intelligence for both underwriters and claims professionals. Additional benefits of the alliance will include the ability for EagleView customers to gain direct access to Betterview’s property insights, scores and data.

The new practice launched is part of BRP Group’s intentional strategy of leveraging the deep expertise of its national network of risk management and insurance partnerships, and their experts and specialists, to make a greater difference for their clients’ business needs regardless of geographic location.
