Send Technology Solutions Ltd partnered with ACORD Solutions Group, the digital solutions provider subsidiary of global insurance standards-setting body ACORD, to create a frictionless underwriting process for Lloyd’s and London Market customers.

Risk Strategies launched its innovative new Cyber Risk Management Platform. The solution is powered in partnership with Trava Security and will be available to Risk Strategies clients as a value-added service.

Pets Best Insurance Services, LLC and JAB’s Independence Pet Group partnered with IPG’s wholly owned subsidiary, Independence American Insurance Company, whereby IAIC will provide comprehensive insurance underwriting services for Pets Best to meet the growing demand for pet insurance and the needs of four-legged family members and pet parents nationwide.

Sedgwick introduced Sedgwick Government Solutions, a new Sedgwick business to further expand their footprint in the federal market. Sedgwick already has a great reputation in the public entity sector thanks to more than 50 years of experience with state and local governments and their 2021 acquisition of Managed Care Advisors, a federal government contracting firm.

Sedgwick announced the broad rollout of its new residential property claims technology model. Designed to fast track low-complexity residential property claims and improve the customer experience, Sedgwick’s latest technology keeps claims moving and helps take care of policyholders.

Kin extended its services to residents in Arizona, offering them an affordable and accurately assessed option for home and property insurance.

TCU Insurance is now part of the INGUARD organization and will go to market under the INGUARD brand. Rick Van Es, Principal of TCU Insurance, and INGUARD Principal Daniel Schmitz will jointly lead the agency.

This fall, DOXA Insurance Holdings is launching a property managing general agency that will be led by Liz Coakley, who will serve as president, and Caitlin Murphy, who will hold the position of underwriting director. Coakley and Murphy are senior-level underwriters with more than 15 years of experience in the commercial excess and surplus property insurance space.

TheBest Claims Solutions announced the official opening of its state-of-the-art claims center located in Alpharetta, Georgia, just outside Atlanta. With a spacious area of 34,462 square feet, this new facility has been meticulously designed to meet the evolving needs of the growing claims industry.

Nationwide announced it is providing insight to all pet parents for free through its new online platform, the Pet HealthZone. The groundbreaking digital experience leverages 40+ years of Nationwide claims data from millions of pets to provide customized, in-depth information about a pet’s specific health risks. In just a few minutes and a couple of clicks, pet parents will receive age- and breed-specific insights, fun facts and expert advice on how to best care for their pets.

Direct Connection Advertising & Marketing acquired FastrackCE, a leading provider of state-approved insurance continuing education courses. FastrackCE has established itself as a simple and affordable solution for fulfilling insurance CE requirements in 34 states and counting. Developed by industry experts, the course library encompasses both state-mandated and general subjects.

Evertree Insurance Services, LLC acquired 1st American Insurance, located in Longmont, Colorado, Alliance Insurance Services, located in Arvada, Colorado and The Banks Agency, located in Golden, Colorado. These transactions were closed on July 7, 2023 and establish Evertree’s presence in the Mountain Region.
