PCF Insurance Services partnered with Vertafore as part of PCF Insurance’s strategic focus to drive profitable, organic growth, create efficiencies and provide more data across its network of more than 140 agencies. Vertafore’s end-to-end approach to agency management simplifies and automates the insurance life cycle, while creating an exceptional digital experience for both their customers and their customers’ clients.

Mitchell and Caliber Collision announced that they have signed a multi-year, enterprise licensing agreement. The agreement gives all current and future Caliber locations access to Mitchell Cloud Estimating, integrated repair procedures, a paintless dent repair (PDR) Calculator and miScore. It also includes enhancements to the company’s software solutions and data analytics designed to better assist Caliber in monitoring center performance and meeting the needs of both insurers and policyholders.

Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan selected One Inc’s ClaimsPay to help process claims payments and synchronize the company’s workflow. The integration, which will be deployed with Guidewire InsuranceSuite, will provide FBIM and its users an improved outbound claims payment process, providing new and enhanced options that allow for faster receipt of funds.

Socotra partnered with Ledgebrook to launch Ledgebrook’s new platform, powered by Socotra Connected Core. The end-to-end platform empowers Ledgebrook to redefine speed and service in the U.S. wholesale broker market by offering a faster and simpler quoting experience, as well as best-in-class pricing and risk selection while streamlining operations, enhancing customer experiences, and accelerating new product launches.

AFCO Credit Corp. selected Vertafore’s PayMyPremiums technology and AMS360, a leading agency management system. PMP provides an entirely digital platform for agents that makes it easy for their insureds to pay premiums in full or collect down payments and finance their premiums. The integration will deliver increased administrative efficiencies for agencies using AFCO and AMS360.
