AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. announced the following appointments:

AAdvantage Insurance Group appointed Sondra Berg as its personal lines account executive. She previously worked at a local insurance agency in various capacities.

PCF Insurance Services appointed Brandon Gray as vice president of treasury. He served at Ancestry as as treasurer since May 2018.

Grange Insurance appointed Carrie Maun-Smith as its new assistant vice president of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Community Relations. She previously served as VP, enterprise strategy and AVP, customer experience and digital transformation at Grange Insurance.

WKFC Underwriting Managers announced the following promotions:

Squaremouth.com appointed Rupa Mehta as chief executive officer. She led and grew marketplace businesses within Angi and Groupon.

Cadence Insurance, Inc. announced that Kristin Lonergan joined the organization as Dallas/Fort Worth market president. She served as partner and executive vice president for a Dallas-based insurance brokerage firm.

Marsh appointed Sarah Stephens as U.S. central zone leader. She served at Marsh from JLT in 2019 as cyber, media and technology leader.

Alera Group announced Cynthia Ballantyne joined as managing director of the West region. She served at Gallagher as area president.

AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. appointed Michael Tripp as regional vice president, head of MidAmerica Region. He served at Chubb as a national leadership position as vice president, small business sales.
