The insurance industry is facing a potential talent crunch, as around 500,000 insurance professionals will soon retire, according to data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
To discuss talent challenges the industry is currently facing and potential ways forward, PropertyCasualty360.com is hosting “Why I Chose Insurance: A discussion on P&C careers and the pending talent gap”. The LinkedIn Live chat, which coincides with Insurance Careers Month, will feature a dynamic panel of industry professionals discussing what got them interested in a career in insurance, what keeps them in the field and how the industry can work to attract its next generation of leaders.
