Howden Group and Silverfort partnered to make it easier for organizations to comply with the increasingly strict identity security controls now being required in cyber insurance policies. With attackers taking advantage of narrowly deployed MFA solutions, and a lack of protection for non-human identities (service accounts) to spread ransomware, steal data and compromise critical systems, the cost of cybersecurity insurance policies has been increasing and exclusions have become stricter. To counter this, many carriers are now mandating identity security controls with greater breadth and depth.

The recent upgrade significantly improves user experience with a restyled interface, enhanced processes and workflow advancements. Business users can view a snapshot of financials at any point in time, enabling faster and more accurate customer service.

Insurity partnered with Dream Payments and connectivity to J.P. Morgan Payments digital payments services, enabling insurers to pay claims in just 30 seconds with integrated digital payment options on its Sure Claims Payments solution. ClarionDoor partnered with Hiscox USA to distribute the company’s crime insurance product to brokers through API technology. ClarionDoor’s API technology enables brokers to access Hiscox crime and cyber quotations from multi-carrier platforms, in addition to Hiscox’s P3 portal. Now, Hiscox’s broker partners can bind quotes, cross-sell and transact business on the system 24 hours a day, seven days a week, without waiting for underwriter availability.

Coterie Insurance partnered with Carpe Data, and will use the Minerva platform to implement granular business classification data into its underwriting workflow to enable the insurer’s ability to accurately underwrite in seconds. With access to other key data and indicators, proximity to risk, customer reviews, business description, new or updated business services and offerings, operating hours and more – Coterie can confidently identify the business and spot potential risks much faster than the industry standards, which traditionally could take days if not weeks.

Precisely partnered with OneShield. The collaboration means that customers of OneShield can now take advantage of Precisely’s EngageOne RapidCX solution for all aspects of customer communications, from design through to delivery. With the integration of EngageOne RapidCX, joint customers will now be able to transform customer communications management for their policyholders and agents.
