PropertyCasualty360.com is launching a new conference focused on helping insurers prevent, prepare and prevail in adjudicating complex claims, negotiating settlements, and winning in litigation.

This new event is a winning mixture of thought leadership presentations, actionable case studies, and closed-door peer sharing, and powered through a call-for-papers program. The event provides the platform for the audience to discover innovative technologies and explore new solutions via access to both insurance and legal subject matter experts in an energetic atmosphere.

“ALM is uniquely positioned to help insurance, claims, legal and risk management professionals simplify the complex and avoid runaway verdicts by infusing learnings from relevant verdicts and settlements and calling on newsroom subject matter expertise from across our legal (Law.com) and insurance (PropertyCasualty360) platforms,” explains Scott Thompson, ALM’s vice president & global events director for the business & finance markets.

“We are beyond excited to leverage our extensive reach into these engaged communities to attract a robust high-quality audience on February 27 – March 1, 2023, in Henderson, Nevada at the Green Valley Ranch Resort,” Thompson adds.

“Change is a hallmark of the insurance claims industry, as we’ve seen over the past 30 months with the pandemic. Insurers, their teams and their policyholders have had to adapt to new ways of operating and prepare for a host of new challenges. This event will expand on some of the lessons learned and position insurance professionals to identify, prepare for and manage future risks,” shares Patti Harman, editor in chief of PropertyCasualty360.com.

Submit papers and session ideas here and the deadline for submissions is Friday, June 23. For more information on the Complex Claims and Litigation event, visit our website to register.
