Claim Genius partnered with Duck Creek Technologies to offer auto insurers enhanced capability to process FNOL and claims estimations in real-time using Claim Genius’s advanced AI computer vision platform through the analysis of uploaded photos and videos of damaged vehicles.

Tower Hill Insurance Group selected One Inc’s outbound payment solution, ClaimsPay, to streamline and improve digital payments processing for its customers. The implementation of ClaimsPay will enhance the outbound claims payment process, providing new options for faster delivery of funds. Tower Hill becomes the latest accredited insurer in a series of new customer announcements using One Inc’s all-inclusive frictionless payment offering.

Beazley partnered with mShift, a digital platform that allows insurance professionals to quickly quote, bind and issue multiple lines of business within the small-to-medium sized enterprise professional liability space.

Earnix is introducing Underwrite-It, an underwriting solution that empowers business users to create and manage rules and decision logic, leading to better underwriting decisions. Underwrite-It fully automates underwriting decisions, achieving straight-through-processing, empowering staff underwriters to stay focused on managing underwriting rules and forecasting the KPI impacts of underwriting actions.

The Builders Group selected Origami Risk’s multi-tenant core solution suite for underwriting, billing, claims administration and enhanced member services. Origami’s platform offers TBG a variety of tools and functionality for policy administration, claims management, billing and advanced analytics, along with the ability to provide enhanced safety, loss control and related services to its diverse and growing membership of construction contractors, builders, remodelers, subcontractors and suppliers.

Smart Communications selected insurance platform, Duck Creek. As customer preferences continue to shift digitally, these added connectors will support insurance companies looking to service their policyholders with personalized, interactive conversations and digital experiences at scale. Smart Communications helps insurance companies create, manage and deliver personalized, interactive conversations via policyholders’ preferred channels — and does so at tremendous scale. This Anywhere Enabled Integration, built by NTT DATA for Duck Creek Policy, allows personalized and compliant multi-channel, multi-language documents to be generated quickly — such as policy issuance, policy change, quotes, renewals, ID cards, statements and bills — without having to leave the Duck Creek Platform.
