Everest Reinsurance announced Catherine Rudow joined as global head of cyber reinsurance. She served as a vice president at Nationwide E&S.

Ryan Specialty announced the following appointments:

Evertree Insurance appointed Daniel Romero as head of mergers and acquisitions. He served as vice president of mergers & acquisitions at HUB International Limited.

SCOR appointed Chris Beazley as CEO of SCOR U.K. and the SCOR Syndicate. He brings 20 years of experience to his new role, having worked for underwriting and broking firms in the U.K., Switzerland, Singapore and the U.S.

Insurance Advisory Partners announced the following appointments:

Gallagher appointed Jen Tadin as managing director of its global small business practice. She previously served as director of sales at Gallagher.

IQUW announced the following promotions:

BMS Re appointed Chris McDowell as CEO of BMS Re Bermuda. He served as CEO at Gallagher Re.

Arbella Insurance Group promoted Elizabeth Misero to director of commercial lines. She previously served as manager of portfolio analytics at Arbella.

Munich Re Automation Solutions appointed Grant Andrew as vice president of customer success.  He served as vice president and executive level positions in operations at Prudential Insurance.

MarshBerry appointed Pat Malone as director – financial advisory. He served as COO and CFO at Norman-Spencer.

Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty appointed John Gambale as part of a reorganized distribution team in North America. He served as president at AIG.

Westfield appointed Kathy Golovan as chief operations officer. She served at Medical Mutual of Ohio as chief health officer.

Boost appointed Emy Donavan as chief underwriting officer. She served at Fin Capital as venture partner.
