There are a few important reminders to help attendees make the most of the event:

Your first stop should be WSIA Badge Pickup on the second floor of the Manchester Grand Hyatt. Badge pickup begins there on Sun., Sept. 11 from 2:00 – 7:00 p.m. and continues on Monday and Tuesday from 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. As a reminder, 2022 WSIA Annual Marketplace badges are required throughout the week to access all WSIA functions, and each attendee must pick up their own badge with a photo ID. Due to our record turnout, we urge you to consider picking up your badge on Sunday so you will be ready to hit the ground running on Monday morning!
After you have your badge, join us for a Networking Reception in the Hospitality Zone in the Harbor Ballroom near badge pickup at the Hyatt from 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. This reception will honor first-time attendees, new members, professional and financial lines specialists and WSIA interns. The Hospitality Zone will be open all week as a place to relax and enjoy refreshments, shoulder massages, professional headshots and shoeshines. Check out the full schedule here. We hope to see you there!
Annual Marketplace officially launches Monday morning with 12 Brokers' Lounge Zones and The Club open from 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. After your meetings and before you head out to your evening commitments on Monday, join us at the Opening Reception from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m., outdoors behind the Hyatt. You can access an event diagram here or in the WSIA mobile app.
All registered attendees are also encouraged to attend the two U40 hosted DEI&A sessions this week. They're both hosted in the Hospitality Zone, located in the Harbor Ballroom on the second floor of the Hyatt. You can learn more about them here.

We look forward to productive week here in San Diego!
