PCF Insurance Services acquired John E. Peakes Insurance Agency, Inc., a family-owned, full-service personal lines agency based in Ventura, California. The partnership allows PCF Insurance to expand its portfolio into niche markets in the high-growth small business industries, including gym and fitness, restaurants and apartment buildings.

Openly announced that it is now available to independent insurance agents and homeowners in Utah. Independent agents in the state can now leverage Openly’s premium, transparent and comprehensive coverage to obtain quotes in just 15 seconds.

Arkansas Municipal League selected Origami Risk’s multi-tenant SAAS P/C platform for policy administration, billing and claims management for its workers’ compensation, commercial auto and property insurance programs. Origami’s platform offers AML a variety of tools and functionality for policy administration, claims management, billing, loss control and advanced analytics that will enable it to provide more robust services with greater speed and efficiency to hundreds of cities and towns throughout the state.
