American Farmers & Ranchers Mutual Insurance Company selected Verisk’s property claims-handling solutions. Verisk is a leading global data analytics provider. AFR Insurance will use Verisk’s property claims-handling ecosystem to help rapidly assign, inspect and settle property and contents claims; monitor and analyze company performance; and get valuable insight on severe weather events. By harnessing these powerful solutions — including Xactimate®, XactContents®, XactAnalysis® and Verisk Benchmark® — AFR Insurance will enhance its claims assignment processes and streamline claims inspections and estimating.

Elephant Insurance selected CCC technology to include its AI-powered, digital claims solutions. Specifically, Elephant will leverage CCC’s technology to help digitize and further transform total loss resolution, advancing the insurer’s ability to deliver straight-through processing across the claims experience. With CCC’s suite of smart digital solutions, insurers can proactively engage policyholders following a probable total loss and guide them in capturing important information.

Zurich selected Mendix software development platform to improve its applications development process, and iterate faster and more efficiently. The insurer has so far used low-code to rebuild a legacy-based policy application that calculates premiums and captures data for terrorism coverage. In addition, Zurich leveraged low-code to build “My Plans Portal.” This application enables 1.5 million customers to log on and obtain all their pension and investment information in one location.

Plexus Groupe selected Applied Marketing Automation, the industry’s natively integrated marketing automation application. Integrated into Applied Epic®, Applied Marketing Automation enables the Plexus Groupe to efficiently deliver targeted marketing campaigns to their clients by leveraging the application’s library that has over 1,000 pieces of relevant P&C and benefits curated content; ultimately engaging their prospects and elevating their role as a trusted advisor.
