The job market looks a lot different than it did pre-pandemic, and the roughly 2 million college graduates set to join the workforce are entering during unprecedented times. To keep up with the current talent market, companies must know how to recruit, hire and onboard graduates who may feel some hesitation in beginning a career after nearly two years of being locked down and completing much of their degrees at home.
