Halliwell Engineering Associates appointed Chad Zielinski as vice president of the firm's Engineering and Construction Services practices in the United States. He has over 29 years of experience in the engineering, construction and forensic engineering fields. RMS announced that Michael Steel joined at the top leadership position of general manager. He served as global head of business development at RMS. Apollo Syndicate Management appointed Taryn McHarg as group chief financial officer. She served at Bupa as CFO for international markets.
