Keystone Agency Partners partnered with Strategic Insurance Partners, an independent insurance agency providing business and personal insurance products and risk consulting services, based in Nutley, NJ. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Semsee added multi-location capabilities to its platform giving agents the ability to generate commercial bindable quotes for businesses with more than one location via a single digital form. The platform, which works with more than 40 insurance companies and 5,000 agents, provides quotes for business owners policies, package, workers’ compensation, general liability, commercial auto and cyber insurance.

Mosaic Insurance purchased the Lloyd’s managing agency of SiriusPoint as part of a transaction in which the global reinsurer will become a strategic investor in Mosaic.
Hub International Limited acquired the assets of Midland Agency Insurance Corporation. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Halliwell Engineering Associates launched newly formed Halliwell Construction Services practice. Comprised of 40-plus highly skilled industry-known reconstruction and remediation experts, the new HCS practice will serve as a strategic service to compliment Halliwell’s Engineering Group.
