While very few insurance professionals actually started their careers in the industry, however, once they’ve ‘crossed over’ they tend to stay for quite a while. It is an industry that provides countless opportunities to learn risk management, work in fields ranging from property and casualty to health, life and workers’ comp insurance, work with policyholders to find solutions to their problems, and provides a career path limited only by one’s desire to explore the possibilities.
