While very few insurance professionals actually started their careers in the industry, however, once they’ve ‘crossed over’ they tend to stay for quite a while. It is an industry that provides countless opportunities to learn risk management, work in fields ranging from property and casualty to health, life and workers’ comp insurance, work with policyholders to find solutions to their problems, and provides a career path limited only by one’s desire to explore the possibilities.

Claims is one of the fields that provides new challenges every day and comprises a group of professionals who have spent years amassing and wide body of knowledge on countless topics. How do those in the claims field view their industry?
