AXA XL Insurance promoted Maria Duhart to lead its Specialty Niche insurance business in the Americas. Ms. Duhart steps into the role of Chief Underwriting Officer for Specialty Niche from her previous role as head of AXA XL’s Commercial Bonds business.

Aquiline Drones Corporation has successfully completed the rigorous licensing process to establish its own insurance subsidiary, Aquiline Drones Indemnity Corporation, through the State of Connecticut Insurance Department. This insurance license allows AD to assume the risk of its entire group of companies, indemnify its continuum of products and services, as well as the ability for AD to insure the risk of its partners and affiliates such as Drone Volt and Aerialtronics. ADIC will also indemnify the products utilized by AD’s supply of professional drone service providers, nationwide.

Zurich Resilience Solutions launched a groundbreaking offering called the Workplace Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Service in collaboration with Inclusion Score, an organization that advised on a new global diversity and inclusion standard issued by the International Organization for Standardization in May 2021. Developed at the request of customers and brokers, Zurich’s service will help businesses strategically assess DEI in their organization and work toward the ISO standard and their unique DEI goals.
