Job candidates will need to show vaccination status

A recent survey found more than a third of hiring managers reject resumes that do not include vaccination status.

Jobseekers can add one more important detail to their resumes these days: their vaccination status. While the insurance and other industries are addressing a shortage of qualified workers, the impending vaccination mandate is adding to the challenges facing hiring managers. Nearly three-fourths of them want job seekers to include their vaccination status on their resumes.

ResumeOK, an online resume resource, recently asked nearly 1,400 hiring managers about vaccination and recruitment. Although most will be affected by the mandate, several will not, because they have fewer than 100 employees. This is what they said:
