Cover Whale Insurance Solutions, Inc. partnered with Everspan Indemnity Insurance Company, an excess and surplus lines insurer, to offer a commercial trucking pProgram. The platform’s powerful use goes beyond the underwriting stage and into the post-binding stage with automatic portfolio data tracking, allowing Cover Whale and its reinsurance partners to have real-time monitoring, oversight and reporting in an easy-to-use dashboard.

HOVER partnered with USAA to help digitize parts of the property claims process for the financial services company. USAA’s adoption of HOVER will provide greater convenience and will help save time with some inspections in the claims process.  Additionally, HOVER will streamline workflows for USAA field staff, catastrophe management staff, and desk adjusters.

FCCI Insurance Group selected Duck Creek‘s distribution management system to replace legacy distribution management systems and processes. The business insurer will be implementing the software via Duck Creek OnDemand, the provider’s SaaS solution for the P&C insurance industry. FCCI cited low-code configuration tools, process efficiencies gained through automation, and the ability to integrate with in-house and third-party systems and interfaces as key factors in this decision.

QBE partnered with Flyreel, Inc., to offer water-focused home inspections for policyholders through the use of an app. This tool was useful for homeowners during the COVID-19 pandemic, offering valuable information that comes from an inspection, without requiring an outside person to physically come into their home, according to the company.

Swiss Re and Claim Genius partnered on a real-time artificial intelligence damage assessment and estimation platform, which will bring more efficiency to motor claims.
