That’s one of the many reasons that NU’s annual Agency of the Year Awards program is so special. Not only are the three winning independent insurance agencies spotlighted in a feature that publishes online as well as in our monthly magazine, but they also are provided with an opportunity to expand on the secrets to their success during a Winner’s Roundtable webinar.
Time is running out to nominate firms for the 2021 Agency of the Year Award. Nominations are being accepted through Fri., June 18, 2021.

The theme of the 2021 Agency of the Year awards program is “Setting the pace,” because winning agencies will be able to exemplify how they’ve improved client relations and innovated in smart ways among the insurance industry’s many strong headwinds. Another reason this program stands out: It often serves as a “sign of the times” as the winners reflect on the state of the insurance industry and its workforce.

The three winners of this award will be leading independent insurance agencies in the U.S. that demonstrate strength in a variety of business operations, including carrier relationships; claims processing; client satisfaction; social responsibility; adoption of new technology to accelerate processes, and customer service, among other characteristics that contribute to their success. There is no entry fee for this awards program submission.
