When it comes to good legal representation, it usually comes with a significant price tag, and this is one journey where Six Flags is expecting some help from its insurance company to cover the cost.
The Texas-based theme park filed new litigation seeking to force its insurer to reimburse millions of dollars in attorney fees that it paid to some of the nation's largest law firms.
