Crawford Technologies and BlueRush partnered to produce personalized contextual video bills and statements. Working together, the companies are introducing the industry’s first ability to deliver personalized video bills and statements built from data contained in any transactional document. The videos, whether informational, educational or marketing focused, provide answers to questions about financial records, account documents and other pertinent information. Personalized contextual videos can include items as complex as escrow letters, mortgage statements or insurance claims documentation.

Topa Insurance Group selected Duck Creek‘s Reinsurance Management to handle its reinsurance processing needs with a modern, cloud-based solution. The company cited their desire to eliminate manual processes and increase risk management efforts regarding data accuracy and claims administration as factors in their decision to support of their continuous improvement.

Mojio partnered with Pouch to provide small businesses with free fleet management software and access to discounted commercial auto insurance rates. Available to businesses operating in Illinois, Pouch will be deploying to additional states in the coming months. Force by Mojio is a vehicle tracking and fleet management solution designed specifically for the millions of small businesses that rely on their vehicles to get the job done.

ArgoGlobal partnered with Tierra Underwriting Limited. in a deal that will find the former providing $25 million in underwriting capacity to support the MGA, joining Tierra Underwriting Limited in its commitment to supporting transactions that enable a transition to a lower-carbon economy.

CannGen Insurance Services selected insured.io for its commercial rate-quote-bind process. CannGen is utilizing an insured.io producer login portal for submission and tracking of quotes. The company will also leverage insured.io’s underwriter login portal for tracking of quotes, automated rating for all lines, automated binding with a rules-based engine and administrative capabilities, including graphical reporting functionality.

Yamaha Motor Canada partnered with Safe-Guard Products Canada, Ltd, provider of private label protection products for the automotive, RV, marine and powersports industries. The program, launching July 5, enables Yamaha to provide a complete, branded protection product solution to dealers under the Yamaha Motor Protection Plan name. Products available include credit insurance, bundle loan protection, guaranteed asset protection, tire & wheel protection, as well as a suite of products for off-make vehicles.

Metlife France selected Lightico’s platform for digitizing its customer-facing interactions. Together with Particeep, a leading SaaS distribution solution for financial products and services, the move significantly upgrades Metlife’s digital offerings to its customers. Lightico’s solution allows Metlife’s customers to subscribe to its insurance products with a simple link sent by an advisor to the customer’s phone, tablet or computer that opens a secure session. The advisor guides the customer throughout the quick, interactive and compliant process as the client reviews the policy, reads and approves the terms and conditions, and downloads proof of their purchase.
