His career at The Hanover spans 27 years, where he has held various positions from leading several regional offices and driving auto and liability strategy for the organization. Recognizing the value of data, innovation and partnerships, Doug works closely with The Hanover's analytics team to improve decision making and claims outcomes.

George Naftzinger | Director of Business Development & Strategy | Carpe Data

George Naftzinger is currently the Director of Business Development & Strategy for Carpe Data, an industry leading provider of next generation data to the insurance industry. Prior to joining Carpe Data, he retired from Allstate Insurance Company after a 44-year career. At the time of his retirement, he was the Director of Third Party Injury Business Design, a position he held for six years. His responsibilities included identifying and incorporating new and innovative products and services into the injury claim handling process
