April

NAIC Spring 2021 National Meeting: The NAIC will host this meeting in a virtual format this year, where committees and task forces will meet to discuss pressing topics impacting the insurance industry.

NFA Annual Conference: Top leaders will discuss flood industry topics from insurance, lending, claims, data and mapping perspectives. Topics covered over the course of the two-day program will include updates from the NFIP, the latest legislative and regulatory activities, and perspectives on climate resiliency, risk communication and ongoing improvements in data and technology supporting the industry.

Envision 2021: Learn how the latest risk management models and software can help reveal an organization’s potential vulnerabilities at AIR’s annual Envision conference.

AI in Insurance Virtual Summit: Discover the latest advancements in AI tools and techniques and their application in insurance from the world’s leading innovators across industry, academia and startups.

Virtual Large Account Client and Broker Engagement Event: This event from Chubb will bring together its senior executives, clients and broker partners to discuss individual risk management needs, the newest Chubb data and insights, and overall industry developments.

RIMS LIVE 2021: RIMS LIVE is the most comprehensive risk management event in the world. Anyone tasked with risk responsibility or providing services to risk professionals is encouraged to attend. The all-virtual conference’s education program will feature an extensive collection of thought-leading, globally relevant and professionally diverse learning opportunities that are customizable to fit attendees’ schedules. Live Q&As, on-demand and Binge-Watching capabilities, as well as post-event access, will allow the global risk management community to fully explore the event’s 175 individual sessions — totaling more than 100-hours.

2021 Virtual Farm Mutual Forum: This event is for small-to-medium-sized mutual industry professionals to connect, engage, and advance. 2021 PLUS D&O Symposium: The annual PLUS D&O Symposium brings together D&O professional liability insurance thought-leaders to learn about the current status of the market, trends moving forward and to garner insights from the many industry experts.

2021 TMPAA Program Networking Week: The TMPAA Program Networking Week offers the opportunity to virtually connect with carriers, service providers and program peers to generate business opportunities, meet new members, explore markets and assess the solutions available for your operation.

America’s Claims Executive (ACE) Virtual Leadership Forum 2021: The ACE Leadership Forum is designed to cover the most critical issues facing claims and insurance executives, from emerging risks to the evolving workforce to enriching the customer experience. 2021 PLUS Healthcare & Medical PL Symposium: The PLUS Healthcare & Medical PL Symposium brings together healthcare and medical professional liability insurance thought-leaders to share knowledge and connect.

2021 Annual Issues Symposium: This is the premier event for workers’ compensation senior executives, providing an in-depth understanding of workers’ compensation issues.

PIA Advocacy Day: PIA members will have the opportunity to present their concerns to Congress members and those on their staff about issues of importance to the independent agent community. The Congressional meetings will be organized in consultation with PIA state affiliates, and attendees will mostly attend Congressional meetings as a state or affiliate group.

2021 IMUA Virtual Annual Meeting: The inland marine insurance topics that will be discussed at this year’s meeting include commercial flood, climate change & natural catastrophes, builders’ risk delay claims and more.

2021 Symposium on Hurricane Risk in a Changing Climate: The main objective of this symposium is to foster communication among scientists, engineers, and practitioners to increase understanding of and better ways to deal with tropical cyclone risks.

NAMIC Claims Conference: This annual event is designed to educate, connect, and empower claims professionals from property and casualty insurance companies with education on emerging trends, a marketplace of service providers, and unique opportunities for claims professionals to build a network.

Insurtech Insights: This invite-only event attended by InsurTechs, insurers and investors is an opportunity to connect industry leaders and decision-makers with innovative startups who are challenging the insurance market to create mutual business opportunities and accelerate growth.

NAIC 2021 Insurance Summit: The Insurance Summit, “where education meets regulation,” brings together innovators and regulators to explore the future of insurance regulation

The Future of Insurance USA 2021: This virtual event will unite the most influential CEOs and insurance leadership teams for real business discussions to develop solutions, tackle challenges, set benchmarks and collectively lay the foundations for the future.

IMCA Virtual Annual Conference: This conference for insurance marketing professionals offers strategic insights, expert speakers, networking opportunities and more.

2021 NAMIC CEO Roundtables: Exclusively for CEOs of NAMIC member primary insurance companies, this event is a place to gather in small groups to share strategic insight and foster connections with peers ahead of the Management Conference.

NAMIC Management Conference: The Management Conference is a summit for CEOs, executive teams, and future leaders of the industry. Power sessions focus on strategy, innovation, leadership, and industry trends. Break out sessions dive into operational and emerging issues.

Global Insurance Symposium: This event aims to help insurance professionals worldwide discover what’s next, prepare for tomorrow and solve the future. It will focus on timely and relevant global risk themes, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), dynamic panel discussions, and engaging networking opportunities for attendees. This event was originally scheduled to take place in April 2021.
